You may want to have a look at mORMot. That already supports it.. Although maybe only with newpascal (a fork of trunk) or trunk.
Btw I also checked the 3.0.4 release tag: Nope, rtl-collections is not backported.

Yeap i looked there and the guys have sayed to me that is possible to use the SynMongoDB Unit could be used whitout the whole framework(just with his dependencies) after get all dependencies i've been stuck on this error https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q3a43IckSt9nKREo05QVNc2d1_V7WakU/view actually i'm waitting for a response
