What I mean by "dictionary" is a list of words with IPA sounds or Russian definitions, much like the INI file. See the 2 DIC files of my example, open them in NotePad. They are previously prepared for use in an app and needed to show the IPA sounds and Russian definitions in the app.

Normally these dictionaries are provided as encrypted files so that users can not edit or use them to another purpose.

My example DICs go till the letter A only, if you donate $10 I give you the whole files.

AFAIK pronunciation is a big issue to the most of English learners.

This app already solves this.

BTW, it can be set to another languages too. You need to replace only the definitions dictionary. The installer also can be set to multi-language installation.

The app can also be able to be configured by the user, he/she can enter his/her own words/spellings/definitions.
