Polish translation

I doing improved Polish translation for Lazarus, based on the default .po files distributed with Lazarus 0.9.16. I have lot of time, because I haven't any regular work. If I end this I will inform the interested people in this topic.

I noticed that you were refering to 0.9.16.

There are already some translated polish files in svn.
