Where is TfrDesigner?

Can anyone help this newbie?  I downloaded LazReport (LazReport-0.9.5-20070904.tar.gz) and installed the package in Lazarus IDE (ver 1.2.6, FPC ver 2.6.4).  I started the LazReport tutorial (http://wiki.freepascal.org/LazReport_Tutorial), but got stopped when I tried to put component TfrDesigner on the form.  I cannot find TfrDesigner on the palette.  Does anyone know where to find this component?  Do I have the wrong version of LazReport package?

Put TfrReport on form and then you can design (right mouse click on component) ... if it's implemented.
