Can new IDE profiles be created and saved?

Is it possible to create a set of packages and save it as a new profile, in addition to profiles like 'Normal IDE', 'Big IDE', such as 'My Custom IDE, ' 'Big Bad IDE' etc and even compile them lazbuild?
