Recent fact in the land of Lazarus shows once again how a resource can cause conflicts and destabilize an area, may it be because of the need of that resource, or may it be, as most international experts agree, because it is used as a pretext for other more complex intentions.
A resource, in this case X, can be both the target or the excuse.

We leave to readers any interpretation. We will only report the chronology of the events with some experts comments:

Looks like this project is frozen!"[/list], experts say, in accordance with psicologists, that this can be interpreted as "I knew that X couldn't be available in such short time, while most people is doing holidays. I gave you 3 weeks time just to keep international community the impression that I'm a good guy, but in the meantime my tanks reached your borderline..."

, the diplomacy efforts here are necessary, but maybe it's to late.
Someone now note some strange tanks movements and ask what is happening:

The international community attention is now focused on these facts and begun to advise Robson-PB to act in a more proper way:
