Inheritable items issue

I have created a new application, added a few (shared) forms to it via Project Inspector and expect to see these forms as available items to inherit from when I do Files -> New -> Inherited Items .... yet they don't show up.

What determines the visibility for inheriting? Whatever it is, it seems rather flakey as I have had the same issue before...

It seems to be either one or both of the entries below in the LPI file - question remains what determines whether these lines get written when forms are imported vi Project Inspector....?

        <ComponentName Value="form_BaseSimple"/>
        <ResourceBaseClass Value="Form"/>
