 i.e lazarus-1.2.6-fpc-2.6.4-freebsd[7,8,9,10].tbz as you do it for windows and linux.

That one I mention is maintained in the FreeBSD ports tree, which means it must conform to its specification as modular packages. Just as if you install from Ubuntu's repository. I don't know the maintainer of FreeBSD port of Lazarus, you might want to ask him/her, so he/she can provide all-in-one package just like .deb/.rpm (not really all-in-one, all-in-three actually) which someone in Lazarus team maintains.

Fred vS:
Hello.

You may use "AppCafe" to install Lazarus but it will install Lazarus without FPC.

(see topic here => http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,26204.0.html)

If you try to install fpc with > pkg install fpc => fpc will be installed "nude", without any packages nor units...

Instead, you may download the freeBSD-fpc package here=>
http://sourceforge.net/projects/freepascal/files/FreeBSD/2.6.4/

And run the ./install.sh script.
