Getting UID on WinCE 6

Is there a way to get the UID in WinCE 6?
I tested with the code on http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/WinCE_Programming_Tips but this only works in WinCE 5x. I need this to license the application on the terminal.

If you need unique ID , did you consider to read modem MAC ?
