Tool pallete

Hi, my tool palette(property) is missing, how i do to show it?

Did you try: Tools / Options (IDE Options) / Environment / Component Palette / Palette is visible?

Or perhaps (depending on what the OP is missing)

Tools -> Options (IDE Options) -> Environment -> IDE CoolBar -> Coolbar is visible
