How to capture frame from webcam?

Hi all,

After a long time without coding, i try to capture a frame from a webcam. After explore this frum and internet, i located "Sysrec". I tested it, and works so well for me to connect the camera and to capture video.

However, what i would like to do it now is to capture a frame from the camera. I checked the code of the example, and i see there is a "capGrabframe" option to da that. However, i don´t know how to apply it... I don´t know if because my low knowledge, or because it is oxidated after a long time without to use Lazarus. I also explored the forum and readed some other similar topics, but they are obscure for me and i don´t understand them.

So, anyone of you could provide some tips to use capgrabframe to capture a frame from the camera?
