Linking against Shared Library, calling program without custom LD_LIBRARY_PATH

gcc , can use -Wl,-rpath=lib_directory pameter.
fpc, how can i contain a lib path in elf ?

also, using Sh script to temporary export LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
