List boxes in Lazarus "About" window supports UTF-8?

Yes for the following widgetsets: gtk2, qt, carbon and wince

No for the following widgetset: win32/64

Depending on the system encoding for gtk1

Basically we need people to help finishing Unicode support on the Win32/64 interface. Help and paches are very welcome =) The main guidelines are already defined and the initial part of the code done. We just need some people to write the rest.
