What TBCPaperPaenel does ?

I would like to know what differences are between TBCPaperPanel, TBCPAnel and Tpanel.

I have also seen some other controls BGRA T * Paper *, what does it differ from the other BGRA with same name but without Paper?

The paper ones usually have a custom style thats like material design.
