Accessing attachments on forum entries

Gentlefo9lk,

How does one access files which are attached to forum entries?
I can see the paper clip against forum entries.
I can see the comments in entries that say "refer to the attached....,'.

But I cannot find anyway to access these files.

Whats is wrong? Forum setup, browser, rank stupidity, etc.

I have had a look through the forum FAQ and help, nothing that even looks close.

Are you logged in, when you read the post?  (Look on the left, below the "Seach" box. It should show your username there)

If you are not, then you can not see the attachments.

Otherwise there is no user-config, so it would not be anything that you had done, or could do.

Can you check in different boards? And point out one or 2 posts that you do not see the attachment.
