Lazreport Runtime Error

I installed Lazarus 2.0 for Windows 64 bit and Lazreport 0.99 When I try to run the project described in http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/LazReport_Tutorial receive the error message "RunError (217). Where could he be wrong? Thank you for your response.

I do not remember by heard, 217 is either raised when accessing a problematic file or a problem with the exception handling mechanism probably an exception was raised before the exception handling mechanism got initialized or something along those lines.

try to test it with the stable version of Lazarus 1.2  instead of the pre-alpha version of  lazarus 2.0 too.
