Parallel archiver and Parallel compression library have been updated

I have updated my Parallel archiver and my Parallel compression library, i have updated the zip file with the new LZ4 algorithm DLLs for both 32 bit and 64 bit, and now the LZ4 algorithm gives much better decompression speed.

I think aminer's account has been terminated due to repeated posts that no one seemed to follow, and also contained too much descriptions. I think he discusses topics that are beyond the comprehension of the forum users.
