CompressedImageList, IconList and IconButton

I write three components

CompressedImageList, Like a ImageList, but Compress the Bitmap to decrease EXE Size

IconList like a ImageList, but Is a list of icons

IconButton, a remake of an old button component

Thank you for the contribution. What compression do you use in CompressedImageList?

And... perhaps it would've been better if you posted this in the "Third Party" section... ;)

Standar zlib library (for compatibility)

No problem the "others" components, I will post in "Third Party"
