Widgetset Enlightenment (E17) - where to start studying header translations?

Where can I start studying headers translation possibilities for Lazarus on widgetset Linux Enlightenment (E17) or who can I talk to?

I am not saying that I will do it, but I would like to study the subject to check its viability (and complexity) and if I can help.
