TrayIcon popupmenu not working on MAC

I'm trying out systrayicon component on Windows/Ubuntu/MAC
 
Windows is OK (tried on NT) , ubuntu doesn't work at all but I know the reason for that (ubuntu changed the way it does things).

The apple mac - power pc shows the trayicon and the popup menu appears but clicking items doesn't do anything.

I'm using recent versions of lazarus and fpc. Any ideas?..
