Maybe you're right, but it doesn't change anything in this problem. It still works only when first condition is removed and I don't know why.

Well, I must say I was wrong!
I tried it again and changed reintroduce to override for constructor. When there was reintroduce, it looks like constructor wasn't called for component made in IDE. It's weird that constructor was called when I was testing it and I created component dynamically.
But now it works! At last. Thank you for your help. I don't know when I would find it by myself ;)
