Thanks Bart, I suppose my tool sucks at the moment :( Raised a bug report.

That said, in general using git apply (from msysgit) uses to work ok, though of course when I just tried it with the patch it failed as well!?!?

We could re-invent the wheel and write our own fppatch?
It's not as if we have nothing to do  O:-)
