yep, it's possible.  :-[
simple test on win 32/win 64.

library unit is based on dpcre.
http://www.renatomancuso.com/software/dpcre/dpcre.htm

pcre834_compile.zip contain c compile option files, it's not a library unit. mingw is used.
no modification on C source files.
