Windows Embedded Compact 2013

Is possible run application in "Windows Embedded Compact 2013" compiled in lazarus ?

I tested last Codetyphon
- build cros element arm-wince
- create new project (empty form)
- set OS WinCE
- set cpu arm
- build application succesfull
- move procect1.exe to usb pendrive
- try run from pendrive in "Windows Embedded Compact 2013"
- "Could not execute Program" message
