Raspbery: 1 GPIO pin header, init by 2 proccesses

HeY! does anybody have a snip. How to read the GPIO pin status, but then 2 times. From 2 separate processes.

One process is my FPC terminal application

The second in my shutdown line process, connected to the front PWR button of my project.

Without it crashes at the second initializing.

Anybody got coincidentally help ?
