The package is "binutils", strange that it doesn't come with build-essentials.

Hi.

I installed binutils-dev. I also reduced the size of GPU to 32M.

Now SdpoSerial component compiled and installed succesfully. It works very fine in Lazarus and my Raspberry Pi.
