Error Creating Component, 0.9.14 Win32

I have the following Problem, dragging some components to a blank form shows the error
Error Creating Component
Error Destroying Component of type ..
this happens at least with the following components:
TButtonPanel
TCalcEdit
TDateEdit
TDirectotyEdit
TFileNameEdit

any hints ?

I had the same problem wit TDBNavigator
