memdata doesnt appear

Hi!
I have compiled Lazarus for Rpi using this guide http://www.michellcomputing.co.uk/blog/2012/11/lazarus-on-the-raspberry-pi/

The compilation was fine but under DataAccess palette I dont have the component memdata but Tbuf it is. I compiled the snapshot version 1.1 so my question is, this component was deprecated or abandon?

I installed Lazaarus just for compile my project to run on my raspberry PI , this component have to install manually ?
If it YES what is this component to compile and install it.  I am compiling from console using lazbuild --build-ide=component
