No need to be that ambitious like those mainstream languages implementors (well, they need money much more than we do because they get their money from their language implementations). As long as the language and the community is growing positively there's nothing to worry about.

We need bug fixes, better documentation, better tutorials, better tools. Not so much new features per se.
