Form design window can not be viewed

After transferring the project to another computer I disappear form design window and can not be viewed. F12 does not work. Help please

Does the editor window looses focus when you pressing f12? if yes the object inspector which control has selected? if it is the form then change the left & top values on the object inspector to bring the form inside your monitor eg top = 10, left = 10; If it is not the form then start pressing esc until the form is selected in the object inspector and then set the properties.
