Fix TBitBtn not present in latest version 1.0.8
« on: April 30, 2013, 03:28:09 pm »
I've just installed Lazarus 1.0.8 win32. I mis the fix of TBitBtn and the use of bkClose. This is revision 36898 nad a later fix is the same.
Is this normal?

So it is some resolved bug from bugtracker which was not included to 1.0.8? You can try Lazarus SVN and compile yourself. It's not difficult nor time consuming. You will need TortoiseSVN and a little effort.
Lazarus 2.3.0 (rev main-2_3-2863...) FPC 3.3.1 x86_64-linux-qt Chakra, Qt 4.8.7/5.13.2, Plasma 5.17.3
Lazarus 1.8.2 r57369 FPC 3.0.4 i386-win32-win32/win64 Wine 3.21

Try Eye-Candy Controls: https://sourceforge.net/projects/eccontrols/files/

Which bug (link?)

Where did you get revision 36898? It does not refer to bitbtn.

Rev. 36898 was in fact rev. 37064 (bug 21844). More sofisticated is rev. 37299 (bug 21942).
In don't quite get the functionality of Tortoise but I'll keep trying to understand it.
