components installed root

Hi guys,

I'm installed lazarus in linux (root of course), and installed, how root, components, but, in sesion how user, i can't use that's components, lazarus said "the packet 'zeos' is installed but found a unvalid packet file (lpk). It was created an empty packet.

How i can to use that packets how user?.

Don't install components as root, install them as your normal user. Lazarus keeps the information and a modified Lazarus executable in your home directory.
