Can't  Vertical or Horizontal scrolling of TScrollbox be done separately?

There only seems to be AutoScroll which disables both.

HorzScrollBar and VertScrollBar have property Visible that is true by default. Play with this settings.
But better you reconsider your goal. Doesn't seem to make sense to have a scrollbox but disallow scrolling.
