[LazFreeType] Distorted fonts

Arial Bold Italic, with small sizes, has a strange look.

First line is with LazFreeType, second line is with LCL

Berling Antiqua has a strange 'x' letter with small sizes, and it does not have a top margin.

Many fonts don't have a top margin : Berling Antiqua, Calibri, Candara, Consolas, Constantia

This is solved in this patch :
