Translation of TCheckGroup and TRadioGroup

I noticed that TCheckGroup and TRadioGroup items (which are defined as TStrings in OI) do not appear in *.po file.
Do I have to translate them manually in code (using resource strings)?

Also, I read on mailing lists that TFrame is not translated either.
Should I translate them manually too?
