Parallel Compression library 2.5

Hello,

Parallel Compressoin library was updated to version 2.5
and ParallelZlib library was updated to version 1.02
, i have just corrected a bug, also i have included
in the Parallel Compression library the zlib1.dll for win64 and
win32 bit so that you can compile ParallelGzip for both win 32 bit and win 64 bit.
