How To Re-Open Menu Editor

Hi,

I've closed my menu editor (Clicked on the X in top rt corner) and now I want to change my menu again but I can't figure out how to re-open the editor.  I've looked through all the menu and tried rt mouse button on menu components on the gui builder window but no luck.  A also can't figure out how to select the main menu so it comes up in the object inspector (OI).  I can only get menu items to show up in the OI.

Any advise?

Double-click on the menu icon.
