TEdit, TComboBox have non-functional TPopupMenu in Win32

I use TPopupMenu in a lot of the projects I am porting to Lazarus,
I have 0.9.6 and 0.9.7 installed, and the TPopupMenu does NOT work
for TEdit and TComboBox, which when used wise can be a very powerful
combination.
I only get the default Win32 edit popup for TEdit...

Lazarus is a real dream to work with, and for me, this has been the only
serious disappointment.

Sometimes the font attribute of the Objector Inspector turns BOLD and I
have no idea why, and it appears to correct it self, but the executables
made by Lazarus 0.9.6 have never misbehaved ....

Also, when using   *.Canvas.FloodFill, the third argument,
fsSurfer, fsBorder, do NOT work for me either. I had to use FillRect instead,
which works 100%.

TFileStream generates an Access Violation unless fmCreate option is
always used...

that's about all I've encounted. Overall -- amazing peice of work Lazarus is.

Bugs should be reported at the bugtracker.
Chances that problems posted on the forum are getting fixed is low.

It appears that TCanvas.FloodFill eventually ends up at a function that does nothing except return the value False.

Should things that are not implemented be reported as bugs?
