Form.WindowState now is kept up to date ??

In the list of changes for the 0.9.12 release there is mentioned that:
the "Form.WindowState now is kept up to date".

Is this true for GTK? For me it still doesn't work (SuSE 10 KDE).

Is it possible that it just doesn't work on my 0.9.13 beta?
