Xcode 4.5.2 is not installing in /Developer ???

I just reinstalled my Mac from scratch and of course the AppStore gave me the latest Xcode version (4.5.2 - 4G2008a) which no longer appears to create the /Developer path probably the reason why FPC cannot be installed anymore ...!?

Anyone ran into this problem as well?
And/or have a work around for it?

I'm assuming the official "fix" should be coming from the FPC team, unless I somehow did something wrong ,...

Did you install the Xcode command line tools? See the note here:

I never had to use this, probably the reason why I didn't even think about it ... doh!

I installed the command line tools, still no /Developer directory, but FPC is installing. :)
