RAPI headers for linux

Hi,
I've been using the RAPI headers in Windows successfully, but my application requires to work both on windows and linux.
I've found SynCE (www.synce.org) that reimplements RAPI.dll as librapi2.so

Can someone please point me in the right direction for making rapi.pp cross-platform?
