[Solved] Indy Problem.
« on: August 29, 2012, 11:22:26 pm »
Hello, I tried to install Indy version 10.2.0.3, and this unit Libc (File: Libc.pas) is missing, I have this message error:

C:\lazarus\indy-10.2.0.3\fpc\IdStackLinux.pas(1,1) Fatal: Can't find unit Libc used by IdStackLinux

I found the component in this URL:

http://www.indyproject.org/Sockets/fpc/index.en.aspx

Where can I get this Libc.pas file?.

Please if somebody can help me, thanks in advance.

That version has been obsolete for years. It is no longer supported.

Download a more recent version from http://indy.fulgan.com/ZIP/ and follow the instructions here to install it http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Indy_with_Lazarus
Linux Mint - Lazarus 4.6/FPC 3.2.2,
Windows - Lazarus 4.6/FPC 3.2.2
