Hello

Version of Lazarus 0.9.30.4 windows vista starter

How to install ACS package?
I've read enough material and for now can't install it?

I believe you should download it from SVN server using a SVN Client.
svn co https://lazarus-ccr.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/lazarus-ccr/components/acs
What is your exact problem? It is a library, you should not install it, just download and use.

I've download it from svn

compiling is succesfull
but when installing
unable to find file componenttreeview.pas

Remember that can use any lazarus package without installing...
Just like I used this library some time ago LOL
As well as I am aware there is almost no point in "installing" ACS package in the IDE. Just let it be "external". Since the IDE knows where it is located it should be able to link it to your project
