SpkToolbar (more than just) typo bug

In spkt_Buttons (uses clause) and SpkGUITools (unit name), SpkGUITools is mispelled as SpkGuiTools. This could cause failure when trying to install on a case sensitive file system.

*no idea where to report bug for this package
