Need Help : SQLite for Win64??

Anyone here know where I can download precompiled bin (DLL) of SQLite for Win64?

or

Where I can found MinGW Cross-Compiler from Win32 to target Win64? (To Build SQLite from source)

I already take look into (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files) which one I must download?
This link (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Automated%20Builds/mingw-w64-bin_i686-mingw_20111220.zip/download) ?? or which one?

NOTE : I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit..
