What is that error about, while compiling a simple form with a customdraw component it replies that error.
No registered drawers were found.

I changed the error message to be more clear:

"[TCDControl.PrepareCurrentDrawer] No registered drawers were found. Please add the unit customdrawn_common to your uses clause and also the units of any other utilized drawers."

The drawers are only added to your executable if you add them to your uses clause, so just add customdrawn_common to your uses clause.
