Setting color of controls inside PageControl

Hello,
if I change the Color of a control(for Example GroupBox) which is a child of TabSheet(PageControl) it hasn't any effect. This is only
 using PageControl.

Is there as solution?

Using Windows 7

Update: In Linux it works but not in Windows

Two ideas:

1> Report a bug in the bug tracker

2> Use TCDPageControl from the package lazarus/components/customdrawn/customdrawn.lpk This is available in the latest Lazarus SVN
