is this other wiki section ok

Hi, this section for installing lazarus on ubuntu has lines crossed out:

http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Installing_Lazarus#Ubuntu_11.04_or_later

It contains other lines that aren't crossed out but the links are broken, e.g.
http://silvioprog.com.br/download/install_fpc_lazarus_svn_version.tar.gz

I can access the root of this URL but not the file so I'm guessing the file has gone?

Should the whole section be removed or am I doing something wrong and can use it?
