getappconfigdir again :-)

Hi all,

When called from an initialization section in a unit, sysutils.getappconfigdir(false) returns the configpad with the name of the executable.

When called from an onbuttonclick on my mainform, it does not use the executable name, but the program title instead.

Is this normal behaviour? (On windows 7)

(I know I can work around it)
