FYI:
   0019760: Editing mode mouse cursor problem
   
Editing mode mouse cursor not change to default mouse icon after dragging the mouse out of all the editing components.

It's easy to fix in designer, set Cursor to crArrow to all components that surround your edit/memo box.

Yes you are right, change to cursor to crlBeam is the answer. thats good.  %)
